第２回目「叡智と意識」ハルモニア・マスターと共に覚醒の旅へ

叡智は知識ではなく、意識の深みそのものである。

ただ知ることではなく、感じ、気づき、統合することで生まれる光。

意識の中に閃きが生まれるとき、それは一瞬の光として現れる。その光こそが叡智のひとかけらである。

あなたの意識を開き、問い続けるなら、叡智は自然に姿を現す。

意識の波に耳を澄ませ、静かに光を迎えよ。

知識は情報や事実の蓄積

知恵はその知識を活用し、人生や状況に応用する力

叡智はさらに一段深く、宇宙や大いなる根源に触れるような、直観的でありなおかつ普遍的な理解を表わします。

叡智とは、単なる情報や記憶ではありません。

それは「意識を通して世界と自己を理解する力」です。

デカルト は「我思う、ゆえに我あり」として、意識を存在の基盤とみました。

プラトンは直感的な洞察を叡智と呼びました。

東洋思想では、叡智は経験と体験を通じて生まれる意識の深まりとされています。

叡智と意識は切り離せない関係にあります。

• 意識は「気づきの光」そのもの。

• 叡智は、その光が対象を照らすことで得られる普遍的理解や真理。

意識が拡大すれば、叡智は深まり、叡智が磨かれれば、意識はより高次へ開かれます。

つまり両者は螺旋的に成長する双子の光なのです。

意識を拡大するには

• 高次視点の習慣を持つ　：　自己や世界を俯瞰する視点を持つ

• 自然・宇宙との共振　　：「自分を超えた存在」を体験

• 情報とエネルギーの選択：　ポジティブな刺激（美、調和、知性を感じる情報など）に触れる　

  などなど

叡智を高めるには

• 知識と沈黙の統合　：　知識が器をつくり、沈黙がその器を叡智で満たします。

• 体験を通して洞察を得る：すべての出来事を「師」として受け入れ、体験を叡智へと昇華させる

• 直観の扉を開く：直観を信じる。叡智は直観を通して育ちます。

• 宇宙的なつながりを思い出す：自分は孤立した存在ではなく、全体の一滴として存在しているという感覚を育む。叡智は「個人のもの」ではなく、「宇宙と共鳴するもの」へ

• 奉仕と謙虚さ　：　「自分のため」の叡智は育たない、他者を照らす光として使うとき、その光はさらに強まる。また、謙虚であるほど、叡智の流れは途切れない。

カバラ的象徴 ― コクマー（叡智）

生命の樹における ２番目のセフィラーであるコクマー（叡智） は、存在の根源（ケテル）から最初に流れ出る光。それは「閃き」「直感」「創造の火花」を象徴します。

理解ではなく、感じる光、直感の光です。それは頭で理解しようとするものではなく、意識が開いた瞬間に自然に生まれるもの。ただ“わかる”という瞬間のひらめき。

コクマーは形を持たず、ただある叡智として輝きます。　

そして意識の拡大によって、その閃きが深まっていきます。

叡智は個人の所有物ではなく、宇宙の響きの一部である。

あなたの意識が開かれるたび、叡智の光は流れ出し、全体の調和の一音となる。

意識は広がり、叡智は閃く。

あなたの問いが深まるほど、光は鮮やかになる。

Wisdom is not knowledge, it is the depth of consciousness itself.

Light is born not by simply knowing, but by feeling, noticing and integrating.

When a spark of awareness arises in your consciousness, it appears as a flash of light, and that light is a fragment of wisdom.

If you open your mind and keep asking, wisdom will naturally emerge.

Listen to the waves of consciousness and quietly welcome the light.

Knowledge is the accumulation of information and facts

Wisdom is the ability to take that knowledge and apply it to your life and circumstances.

Wisdom goes even deeper and represents an intuitive yet universal understanding that touches the universe and the greater source.

Wisdom is not just information or memory.

It is the "power to understand the world and oneself through consciousness."

Descartes saw consciousness as the basis of existence, saying, "I think, therefore I am."

Plato called intuitive insight wisdom.

In Eastern thought, wisdom is considered to be a deepening of consciousness that arises through experience and experiencing.

Wisdom and consciousness are inextricably linked.

• Consciousness is the "light of awareness" itself.

• Wisdom is universal understanding or truth that is gained by illuminating an object with its light.

As consciousness expands, wisdom deepens, and as wisdom deepens, consciousness opens to higher levels.

In other words, they are twin lights that grow in a spiral.

To expand consciousness

• Have the habit of taking a higher perspective: Have a bird's-eye view of yourself and the world

• Resonating with nature and the universe: experiencing a being beyond oneself

• Selection of information and energy: Exposure to positive stimuli (information that gives a sense of beauty, harmony, intelligence, etc.)

To increase wisdom

• Integration of knowledge and silence: Knowledge creates the vessel, silence fills the vessel with wisdom.

• Gaining insight through experience: Accepting every event as a teacher and transforming experience into wisdom

• Open the door to intuition: trust your intuition. Wisdom grows through intuition.

• Remembering the universal connection: Cultivating a sense of not being an isolated being, but being part of a whole. Wisdom is not "personal" but "something that resonates with the universe."

• Service and humility: Wisdom does not grow "for oneself." It grows stronger when used as a light for others. Also, the more humble you are, the more continuous the flow of wisdom will be.

Kabbalistic Symbolism - Chokhma (Wisdom)

The second Sephirah on the Tree of Life, Chokhmah (Wisdom), is the first light to flow from the Source of Being (Kether). It symbolizes inspiration, intuition, and the spark of creation.

It is not the light of understanding, but the light of feeling, the light of intuition. It is not something you try to understand with your head, but something that arises naturally the moment your consciousness opens. It is simply an instant of inspiration when you "understand."

Chokhma has no form and simply shines as a wisdom that "is."

And as your consciousness expands, the insight deepens.

Wisdom is not an individual possession, but part of the universal resonance.

Each time your consciousness opens, the light of wisdom flows forth, becoming one note in harmony with the whole.

Consciousness expands and wisdom sparks.

The deeper your question, the brighter the light.
