1. カリフィカティオ（火の精錬）Calcination (石灰焼成）

内側に眠る衝動、怒り、違和感。それらは「火」のエネルギー。

魂の成長は、情熱や苦しみから始まっていく。

2. ニグレド（黒化）Dissolution  (分解)

「暗夜の魂」とも呼ばれる、混沌とした闇の時期。全てが崩れ、何も信じられなくなる。

それは　“真の自分”　が姿を現す前の静寂。

3. アルベド（白化）Separation  (分離)

涙を流したあとに見える光。純粋な気づき、透明な意識が戻ってくる。

ネガティブなエゴがひきまわす荷物を開放する。

自分自身に正直になり、隠されている真実をみて自分自身を取り戻す。

本当の願いが心に語りかけ始めてくる。

4. シトリニタス（黄化）Conjunction (連結)

光と影の統合。過去を否定せず、すべてを自分の一部として抱きしめる時。

才能や使命に目覚め、創造的な流れが始まっていく。

自分の本質を強める、本当の自分が現れてくる。

5. ルベド（赤化）Fermentation (発酵)

内なる火が成熟しネガティブなエゴの残りを焼き殺す。

アビスを渡る前に、全てを手放して純粋になる。

すべてが繋がる感覚。“魂の黄金化”のステージです。

6. コンジュンクシオ（神聖なる結合）Distillation (蒸留)

光と闇、男性性と女性性——分離していたものが統合されていく。

スピリットとの統合

宇宙と一つである感覚が戻ってくる。

7. 黄金の生成　Coagulation (凝結)

もう「何者かになろうとする必要」はない。存在そのものが輝きとなる境地。

その生き方そのものが、周囲に癒しと変容をもたらす。

魂の錬金術とは、混沌から始まり、統合と目覚めを経て、光へと至る旅。

1. Calificatio (Fire Refining)

The impulses, anger, and discomfort that lie dormant within are the energy of "fire."

Soul growth begins with passion and suffering.

2. Nigredo (blackening) Dissolution

Also known as the "Dark Soul of the Night," this is a period of chaos and darkness. Everything falls apart and it's hard to believe in anything.

It is the silence before your true self appears.

3. Albedo (whitening) Separation

The light seen after the tears. Pure awareness, clear consciousness returns.

Release the baggage that negative ego carries around with it.

Be honest with yourself, see the hidden truth, and rediscover yourself.

Your true desires begin to speak to your heart.

4. Citrinitas (yellow) Conjunction

The integration of light and shadow. When you don’t deny the past, but embrace everything as a part of yourself.

You will awaken to your talents and mission, and your creative flow will begin.

Strengthen your essence and your true self will emerge.

5. Rubedo (Redness) Fermentation

The inner fire matures and burns away the negative remnants of the ego.

Before crossing the Abyss, let go of everything and become pure.

The feeling that everything is connected. This is the stage where the soul becomes golden.

6. Conjunction ( Distillation)

Light and darkness, masculinity and femininity -- what was separate becomes integrated.

Integration with Spirit

The feeling of being one with the universe returns.

7. Coagulation

There is no longer any need to "try to become someone." A state in which existence itself becomes radiant.

Their very way of life brings healing and transformation to those around them.

Soul alchemy is a journey that begins with chaos, passes through integration and awakening, and leads to light.
